    ability & personality

    昨晚和1个朋友在网上谈了一些个人性格方面的事情.
    从而吸取了一些心理方面的知识.
     
    在我向她说出我的优点和缺点的时候.
    她说: 你最大的优点就是 性格温顺和心地善良,
    但你要懂得学会SAY NO.
     
    我反问说:这优点也是我的缺点吧. 性格温顺和心地善良有时反而会伤到自己.
     
    解释说:personality 是没有对错之分的. 你最主要是学会懂得SAY NO.
     
    ability 不一定取决于personality.
    但2者也有者密不可分的因素.
     
    ability 能力和知识
    personality 性格
    两者通常都会结合一起用, 但是有时候也会分开用.
     
     
    在教育方面,
    ABILITY是启蒙,例如聪明, 就是ABILITY的一个方面.
    但PERSONALITY, 就是EQ,更重要,
    因为性格的培养是后天的培养的.
     
    那能力也是后天形成的,就是说,每个人的性格都是影响者其能力的发展.
     
    但是用在人力资源方面,都是要用工作种类来觉定的.
    像医生.
    在ABILITY方面,就是他的专业知识.
    但在PERSONALITY方面,
    人要比较稳,才适合.
    这两个关系是独立的.
     
     
    所以在失落或失败的时候,每个人都不能在单方面否定自己.
    说不定,在某一方面的你,在被人欣赏着,
